This old locomotive is in front of one of Tallinn's various technical high schools, in a street called Tehnika. Former rulers had noble-worker naming schemes for the new soviet, and behind the sometimes romantic sounding names of streets such as Tina, Pronksi & Pallasti lie others, more prosaic: Tin, Bronze, Ballast and so on.
