Whereas Estonians will pore over furnishing catalogues for hours for just that right shade of grey, and fashion-conscious passengers on an average tram use complicated feng-shui algorithms to ensure everyone dresses in the more morose hues of dark brown drab, traditional dress can be bright, brilliant and quite exciting.
